GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS (பொது விதிமுறைகள்)
  1. Read the procedure carefully for Guidelines & Eligibility Criteria for admission before filling up the application form.
    விண்ணப்ப படிவத்தை நிரப்புவதற்கு முன் சேர்க்கைக்கான வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் மற்றும் தகுதி வழிமுறையை கவனமாகப் படிக்கவும்.
  2. An applicant can apply for a course based on her eligibility criteria.
    விண்ணப்பதாரர் தங்களது தகுதியின் அடிப்படையில் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
  3. Enter your Personal Information, Communication Address, Permanent Address, other mandatory fields (indicated by *) and upload the applicant’s recent Passport size photograph (JPEG or JPG, less than 1 MB).
    உங்கள் தனிப்பட்ட தகவல், தொடர்பு முகவரி, நிரந்தர முகவரி, பிற கட்டாய புலங்கள் (* ஆல் குறிக்கப்படுகிறது) விண்ணப்பதாரரின் சமீபத்திய பாஸ்போர்ட் அளவு புகைப்படத்தை பதிவேற்றவும் (JPEG அல்லது JPG, 1 MB க்கும் குறைவாக).
  4. Enter the marks obtained in the qualifying examination with atmost care.
    தேர்வில் பெறப்பட்ட மதிப்பெண்களை மிகுந்த கவனத்துடன் உள்ளிடவும்.
  5. Please ensure that all the given details are correct, then click SUBMIT.

HOW TO APPLY? (விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டிய வழிமுறைகள்)
    1. Select the link ‘Application 2021-2022’ on the official website of the College: www.vijaypharmacy.in (or) Click the link www.vijaypharmacy.in/online.php கல்லூரியின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ இணையதளத்தில் ‘Application 2021-2022’ என்ற இணைப்பைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும்: www.vijaypharmacy.in (அல்லது) www.vijaypharmacy.in/online.php என்ற இணைப்பைக் கிளிக் செய்க.
    2. Choose the category of application whether UG/PG/B.Sc.B.Ed., இளநிலைப் பட்டப்படிப்பு (UG) முதுநிலைப் பட்டப்படிப்பு (PG) 4 ஆண்டு ஒருங்கிணைந்த பட்டப்படிப்பு (B.Sc.B.Ed)இவற்றில் எப்பிரிவு என்பதைத் தெரிவு செய்யவும்.
    3. To furnish the applications contact: 97509 32060, 99431 43142, 97888 62225. விண்ணப்பங்கள் பூர்த்தி செய்ய உதவி தேவையெனில் தொடர்புக்கு: 97509 32060, 99431 43142, 97888 62225.
    4. On successful submission of the application form, the applicant will get a ‘successfully submitted’ notification. விண்ணப்பத்தினை Submit செய்தபிறகு விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் Successfully submitted எனும் தகவலைக் கிடைக்கப் பெறுவீர்கள்.
    5. The furnished application is printable. பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பம் அச்சிடக்கூடியது.
குறிப்பு

இணையம் வழியே விண்ணப்பம் அனுப்பிய பின் கீழ்க்காணும் சான்றிதழ்களுடன் கல்லூரிக்கு நேரில் வந்து சேர்க்கையினை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

  2. S.S.L.C. Mark Sheet (original) பத்தாம் வகுப்பு மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல்(அசல்)
  3. +1 Mark Sheet (original) 11ஆம் வகுப்பு மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் (அசல்)
  4. +2 Mark Sheet (original) 12ஆம் வகுப்பு மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல் (அசல்)
  5. Aadhar Card (Copy) ஆதார் அட்டை (நகல்)
  6. Community Certificate (copy) சாதிச் சான்றிதழ் (நகல்)
  7. 2 Passport Size Photographs 2 புகைப்படங்கள் (பாஸ்போர்ட் அளவு)
