Eligibility
Admission to B.Pharm and D.Pharm Programme
- Should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the admitting year.
- Candidate belonging to all categories except SC/ST community should have obtained 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Botany & Zoology or Mathematics taken together at the qualifying examination (Academic stream). For SC/ST candidates the aggregate is 35%.
- The candidates who have passed any qualifying examination other than the Higher Secondary Course Examination conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu shall submit the eligibility certificate from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, and such admissions are provisional till the University approves.

All the candidates other than those passed Higher Secondary Examinations of Tamil Nadu Government should produce an Eligibility Certificate from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.
How to Apply
Candidates can get admitted through Government or management quota as per the rules framed by the Tamil Nadu State Government. The students seeking admission through Government quota have to apply directly after +2 results are announced.
The seats will be allotted based on single window system counseling. All admissions are merit based and subject to the norms prescribed by the competent authorities.
